Their prices are the best in the area after comparison. Customer support is very friendly and has a great way of explaining everything, so it’s easy to understand. Very responsive and are able to address my questions or concerns quickly. They have never missed a pickup, unlike another company I’ve used. They also got new carts, which are super cute! I use them for general trash and recycling removal in the Iowa City downtown area.
